Why I’m writing this book
Since 2009, I have been sharing ideas and reflections through my blog, drawing on my experiences in leadership and developing others. Many of those reflections have now come together in this book.
Coach-Like Leadership brings together what I have learned from more than 30 years of leadership practice, with a particular focus on the Coach-Like Leadership work I have been developing and practising in recent years.
I am writing it as a practical companion for leaders who want to expand their leadership range, have better conversations and help the people around them grow.
